Internship Period
Our aim with Internship Programs is to evaluate our potential colleagues while contributing to the institution and the sector. Within the scope of the Preparatory Program for Business Life at Okan University, internship opportunities are provided to students for 1 or 3 months each year. Internship periods are June, July, August and September. Applications from other universities are also considered. Interns' requests are received from all departments in April-May. Students who apply are accepted for internship in accordance with interviews with Human Resources Department.

FEE POLICY AND SOCIAL RIGHTS
Wage increases are made once a year, in January. Inflation and benchmarking data are taken into consideration in the increase rates; wage adjustments are carried out especially on scales formed according to positions. In addition, as a health service, our doctors work within our group companies, construction sites and holding companies. On the Anatolian and European sides of Istanbul, the transportation of our employees is carried out by service vehicles.
